Every brand we've helped bring into the world.

A running record of the identities, campaigns, and launches we've shipped with founders — what we set out to solve, what we made, and where it landed.

Brand identity system — business cards and stationery on a dark background

01Brand identity — 2026

Hartline Coffee

A third-wave roastery ready to graduate from farmers-market favorite to national wholesale. We rebuilt the identity around the ritual of the first cup — warm, precise, and unpretentious — then carried it across packaging, retail collateral, and a wholesale pitch kit.

Outcome

Hartline relaunched with a system their roastery team uses daily — and wholesale inquiries followed within the first month.

02Editorial design — 2025

Fold Quarterly

An independent print quarterly about craft and slow work, needed a design language as considered as its essays. We art-directed the photography, rebuilt the type program, and designed a cover system flexible enough to survive any art they threw at it.

Outcome

The redesign carried Fold through its most-subscribed volume to date, with cover images now collector items among its readers.

03Packaging — 2026

Ember Health

A wellness brand entering retail with a line of daily supplements. The challenge: stand apart in a category drowning in pastel minimalism. We went the other way — deep tones, confident typography, packaging that reads like it belongs on a nightstand, not a pharmacy shelf.

Outcome

Retail partners signed on ahead of the launch window, citing the shelf presence as the differentiator.

04Digital & web — 2025

Softline

A developer-tools startup whose product was beautiful and whose website was not. We designed a marketing site that speaks the audience's language — precise, technical, quietly confident — and handed the team a component system they can extend without us.

Outcome

Signup conversion climbed steadily in the first quarter after launch, and the team now ships new pages from the system without us.

05Campaign — 2026

Palisade

A security-software company launching into a market that markets in fear. We built a campaign around the opposite promise — calm. Posters, out-of-home, and a social rollout that made feeling safe look as good as it sounds.

Outcome

The poster series was picked up by design blogs organically, extending the campaign's reach well past its paid flight.
